4.The information described in section 3 of P.L.2021, c.361 (C.26:17-3) shall be: a. prominently displayed on the websites of both the New Jersey Transit Corporation and the Department of Human Services; b. made available to the public through the Statewide 2-1-1 telephone system; and c. made available using any other means that the Executive Director of the New Jersey Transit Corporation or the Commissioner of Human Services deems appropriate. In addition, to the extent practicable, the Statewide 2-1-1 telephone system, the corporation, and the department shall disseminate information concerning public transit availability and resources using social media and any other means deemed appropriate to reach as many individuals and population groups in the State as possible.
