Text
26:10-18. Any person violating any of the provisions of this article shall be liable to a penalty of not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense, to be recovered in a civil action before the Superior Court or a municipal court; provided, the violation occurs within the territorial jurisdiction of the court. Amended 1953,c.26,s.62; 1991,c.91,s.302.
