Text
No dead body shall be disinterred or removed from any grave, tomb or burial place within this State except by direction of a competent court of this State for the purpose of criminal investigation or upon permit being given therefor by the local board in the locality where the body is interred or entombed. Amended by L.1965, c. 78, s. 22.
