Text
The person in charge of any premises on which an interment is made shall keep a permanent record of any burial or other disposal made on such premises, which record shall at all times be open to official inspection. This record shall in each case state the name of the deceased person, place of death, date of burial or other disposal, and the name and address of the funeral director. Amended by L.1965, c. 78, s. 20.
