Text
In addition to the membership of the Clean Air Council prescribed by P.L.1967, c. 106, s. 3 (C. 26:2C-3.2), the State Commissioner of Health or a member of his staff designated by him shall be a member of the council. L.1973, c. 102, s. 1, eff. May 2, 1973.
