25:2-33. Uniformity of application and construction. The "Uniform Voidable Transactions Act," R.S.25:2-20 et seq., shall be applied and construed to effectuate its general purpose to make uniform the law with respect to the subject of this article among states enacting it. amended 2021, c.92, s.15.
