§ 24:9-29 — Transfer between refrigerators
New Jersey·Title 24 FOOD AND DRUGS
An article may be transferred from one refrigerated warehouse to another if all prior stamping, marking, and tagging remain thereon, and such transfer is not made for the purpose of evading any provision of this act. L.1951, c. 342, p. 1234, s. 9.
