§ 24:6M-6 — Construction of act.

6.The provisions of this act shall not be construed to restrict the use of drug samples by a health care professional who is licensed to prescribe drugs and devices during the course of the professional's duties at a health care facility or pharmacy. L.2017, c.254, s.6.
