7.The Commissioner of Health and the Director of the Division of Consumer Affairs, pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), may adopt rules and regulations necessary to implement the provisions of this act. L.2015, c.130, s.7.
