86.Severability. If any part, section, clause, paragraph, sentence, or provision, section of P.L.2021, c.16 (C.24:6I-31 et al.) shall be adjudged by any court of competent jurisdiction to be unconstitutional or otherwise invalid, that judgment shall not affect, impair, or invalidate the remainder thereof, but shall be confined in its operation to the section, clause, paragraph, sentence, or provision thereof directly involved in the controversy in which the judgment shall have been rendered.
