26. a. The commission shall establish, by regulation, standardized requirements and procedures for testing medical cannabis and medical cannabis products. b. Any test performed on medical cannabis or on a medical cannabis product shall include liquid chromatography analysis to determine chemical composition and potency, and, at a minimum, screening for each of the following:

(1)microbial contamination;
(2)foreign material;
(3)residual pesticides;
(4)other agricultural residue and residual solvents; and (5) heavy metals. c. Laboratories shall use the dosage equivalence guidelines developed by the commission pursuant to paragraph (2) of subsection c. of section 18 of P.L.2009, c.307 (C.24:6I-16) when testing and determining the potency of medical cannabis products. d.
