§ 24:6E-3 — Restraint on prescription drug price information to public

New Jersey·Title 24 FOOD AND DRUGS

It shall be unlawful for any individual, group or association to restrain, directly or indirectly, the flow of prescription drug price information to the public. L.1977, c. 240, s. 4, eff. Sept. 29, 1977.
