§ 24:15-9 — Sleeping in rooms of food establishment
New Jersey·Title 24 FOOD AND DRUGS
No person shall be allowed to live or sleep in any room where food, drugs or cosmetics intended for sale or distribution are produced, manufactured, packed, stored, distributed or sold. Amended by L.1966, c. 74, s. 25.
