§ 24:21-23 — General penalty
New Jersey·Title 24 FOOD AND DRUGS
General Penalty. Any person who violates any provision of this act for which no specific penalty is provided shall be guilty of a disorderly persons offense. L. 1970, c. 226, s. 23; amended by L. 1987, c. 106, s. 19.
