Text
A person engaged in hunting, fishing, trapping, or taking wildlife, who, through the negligent use of a firearm, bow and arrow, or other weapon shall cause injury or death to another person, shall be liable to a civil penalty of not less than $500.00 nor more than $2,000.00 and suspension of all license certificates, and all privileges, to take or possess wildlife for a period of five years for a first offense, and not less than $1,000.00 nor more than $4,000.00 and permanent revocation of all such license certificates and privileges for each subsequent offense. A license certificate or privilege suspended pursuant to this section shall not be reinstated until the holder thereof has first completed, to the satisfaction of the Division of Fish, Game and Wildlife, the approved remedial sport
