No person shall kill, sell, expose for sale or have in possession any black bass, Oswego bass or white bass measuring less than the number of inches prescribed by the respective provisions of the State Fish and Game Code, or, in the absence of such provisions in said code, measuring less than nine inches in length, or any strawberry or calico bass, or crappie measuring less than the number of inches prescribed by the respective provisions of the State Fish and Game Code, or, in the absence of such provisions in said code, measuring less than six inches in length, or any pike perch, pike or pickerel measuring less than the number of inches prescribed by the respective provisions of the State Fish and Game Code, or, in the absence of such provisions in said code, measuring less than twelve i
