Text
No person shall use, have in possession or offer or expose for sale, any artificial bait with more than nine hooks or more than three burrs of three hooks attached thereto, under a penalty of twenty dollars ($20.00) for each offense. Amended by L.1946, c. 166, p. 735, s. 1, eff. April 25, 1946.
