Text
Any person who violates any of the provisions of this act or of any rules or regulations promulgated pursuant hereto shall be liable to a penalty of not less than $25.00 nor more than $500.00 for each offense, to be recovered pursuant to the provisions of chapter 10 of Title 23 of the Revised Statutes. L.1979, c. 227, s. 3, eff. Oct. 12, 1979.
