Text
A county or municipal clerk or an agent who fails to turn over any moneys collected for licenses, and a magistrate who fails to turn over any moneys collected as a penalty, at the time and in the manner required by law, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Amended by L.1947, c. 159, p. 713, s. 8; L.1951, c. 226, p. 802, s. 12, eff. Jan. 1, 1952.
