§ 23:3-71 — Violations; penalty
New Jersey·Title 23 FISH AND GAME, WILD BIRDS AND ANIMALS
Any person who violates any of the provisions of this act shall be liable to a penalty of not less than $100.00 or more than $1,000.00 for each offense. L.1970, c. 247, s. 10, eff. Oct. 28, 1970.
