Text
The division may make such rules and regulations with respect to the management and operation of fishing preserves, not inconsistent with the provisions of this act, as it shall deem necessary and proper to carry into effect the provisions of this act. L.1970, c. 247, s. 9, eff. Oct. 28, 1970.
