Text

The division shall have authority to designate duly qualified persons to act as its agents in the giving of instructions in methods of trapping and the issuance of certificates, and a certificate shall not be issued to any person until in the opinion of his instructor he has qualified therefor. L.1977, c. 320, s. 2.
