23:3-2. Except as provided in R.S.23:3-3, no license to hunt, pursue or kill with a gun or any firearm any game bird, wild animal or fowl in this State, shall be issued to a person under 16 years of age. An applicant for license who misrepresents his age shall be liable to a penalty of twenty dollars. Amended 1999, c.282, s.8.
