§ 23:3-1d — Pennsylvania fishing license holders permitted to fish in Delaware river
New Jersey·Title 23 FISH AND GAME, WILD BIRDS AND ANIMALS
3.A valid fishing license issued by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania shall constitute a proper license, as required pursuant to subsection a. of R.S. 23:3-1, to fish in the waters of the Delaware river within the jurisdiction of this State. L.1993,c.20,s.3.
