Text

If any provision of this act or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the remainder of the act and the application of such provision to persons or circumstances other than those to which it is held invalid, shall not be affected thereby. This act shall be liberally construed to effectuate the purpose and intent thereof. L.1979, c. 199, s. 75, eff. Sept. 19, 1979.
