Text
Whenever the department has cause to believe that any person is violating any provision of this act, or a rule or regulation promulgated pursuant to the provisions of this act, the department shall cause a prompt investigation to be made in connection therewith. L.1973, c. 309, s. 9, eff. Dec. 14, 1973.
