§ 23:2A-13 — Liberal construction of act
New Jersey·Title 23 FISH AND GAME, WILD BIRDS AND ANIMALS
This act shall be liberally construed to effectuate the purpose and intent thereof. L.1973, c. 309, s. 13, eff. Dec. 14, 1973.
