5.
a.A written suspension notification letter issued by the Division of Fish and Wildlife pursuant to section 3 or 4 of this act shall include, but need not be limited to, the following information: the period of suspension; the reason for suspension; identification of the violations leading to the suspension; and the procedure by which the person may appeal their suspension.
b.Upon receipt of a written request by a person suspended pursuant to the provisions of this act, a review of the suspension shall be conducted and a determination made concerning whether the suspension is eligible for early restoration pursuant to section 2 of P.L.1955, c.96 (C.23:3-22.1). If, following review, the person is aggrieved by disposition of the request, the person may, by written request to the division
