§ 21:1C-3 — Model rocket, certification required for sale or usage
New Jersey·Title 21 EXPLOSIVES AND FIREWORKS
3.A model rocket shall not be sold, offered for sale, made available to the public, or used in this State unless it has been certified by the commissioner. A model rocket shall not be used in this State except in accordance with this act and in compliance with the rules and regulations promulgated in accordance with section 6 of this act.
