§ 20:3-40 — Acquisitions by State colleges; declaration of taking
New Jersey·Title 20 EMINENT DOMAIN
Whenever a State college is authorized by law to acquire lands or rights therein, the Director of the Division of Purchase and Property may acquire such lands or right therein by gift, devise, purchase, or by condemnation in the manner provided by this act. L.1971, c. 361, s. 40.
