§ 20:3-28 — Fees of clerk of the court
New Jersey·Title 20 EMINENT DOMAIN
Where the clerk of the court is authorized to charge and deduct statutory fees or commissions by reason of the deposit and disbursement of funds pursuant to this article, such fees and commissions shall be paid by the condemnor. L.1971, c. 361, s. 28.
