Text
Upon the institution of an action by a housing authority or redevelopment agency to fix the compensation to be paid, or at any time thereafter, a duly authorized officer or agent of the housing authority or redevelopment agency may file with the Clerk of the Superior Court a declaration of taking in the manner provided by this act. L.1971, c. 361, s. 39.
