§ 20:3-22 — Appeal not to affect right to possession and vesting of title
New Jersey·Title 20 EMINENT DOMAIN
The pendency of an appeal with respect to any issue other than the authority to condemn, shall not affect the right to possession and vesting of title in the condemnor. L.1971, c. 361, s. 22.
