Text
6.No later than December 31st of each even-numbered year, the Secretary of State shall report to the Federal Election Commission, in the manner required by the commission, the number of accessible and inaccessible polling places in the State on the date of the preceding general election, and the reasons for the inaccessibility. L.1991,c.429,s.6 ; per s.18, expired January 1, 1995.
