§ 19:4-17 — Secretary of state as liaison with Bureau of Census

New Jersey·Title 19 ELECTIONS

The Secretary of State shall serve as the State liaison with the Bureau of the Census, United States Department of Commerce, on matters relating to the preparation of maps and the tabulation of the population for election purposes. L.1976, c. 83, s. 8, eff. Jan. 1, 1977.
