N.J. Stat. Ann. § 19:34-42.2 (2026).
Text
Section 1 of this act shall be subject to the penalty provisions of R.S. 19:34-35, but no penalty shall be imposed pursuant to any section of law amended herein for violations occurring prior to the effective date of this act. L.1975, c. 70, s. 3, eff. April 24, 1975.
