19:21-2. If a number of the members of the Legislature who shall have been summoned as members of the board sufficient to constitute it shall not attend the meeting thereof, the chairman shall summon as members of the board as many fit persons who shall possess the qualifications required for members of the General Assembly as shall be necessary to complete the number required to constitute the board. Amended 1987,c.338,s.3.
