§ 19:19-12 — Statements to county clerk and chairmen of Republican and Democratic State Committees
New Jersey·Title 19 ELECTIONS
The board shall deliver one of the statements to the clerk of the county, who shall forthwith file the same, and one statement to the respective chairmen of the Republican and Democratic State Committees. Amended by L.1938, c. 399, p. 989, s. 2.
