4.The advisory council shall report to the Governor, and to the Legislature pursuant to section 2 of P.L.1991, c.164 (C.52:14-19.1), by December 31st of each year, on the activities of the advisory council and its findings and recommendations regarding issues relating to school-aged children and students attending public or independent institutions of higher education in the State. L.2013, c.175, s.4.
