2.Saint Peter's College shall select an outstanding scholar to fill the chair on such terms and conditions as may be agreed upon, subject to available appropriations. The person appointed to the Durant Chair may be granted tenure on appointment. L.1985,c.365;s.2; amended 1994,c.48,s.281.
