18A:71B-51. Application for State Support; Form of Application; Certificate of Accreditation by New Jersey Board of Nursing. A school of professional nursing may apply for and receive State aid towards the operational expense of the school. The application shall be upon forms prepared and provided by the authority and shall contain such information as the authority shall require. Each application shall be first submitted to the New Jersey Board of Nursing which shall certify thereon whether the school is accredited and whether or not the accreditation has been suspended or revoked.
