§ 18A:71B-103 — Rules, regulations.

6.The Higher Education Student Assistance Authority, in consultation with the Secretary of Higher Education, shall adopt rules and regulations pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), necessary to effectuate the purposes of this act, including establishing criteria for eligibility for a scholarship from the fund and procedures for determining the amount of each scholarship award. L.2015, c.117, s.6.
