18A:71B-5. Notification of Authority in the Case of Withdrawal or Change in Status. In the event a student for any reason ceases to continue to be enrolled or otherwise becomes ineligible during the course of an academic year, the student shall cease to be eligible for financial aid under this chapter. Both the student and the institution shall have the responsibility to notify the authority when a student ceases to be eligible to receive student assistance because of withdrawal for any reason or a change in status from a full to part-time student.
