18A:71B-49. Organization of Committee; Expenses. The advisory committee shall organize annually by the appointment of one of its members as chairperson and one as vice-chairperson. Members shall serve without compensation, but shall be entitled to all necessary expenses. L.1999,c.46,s.1.
