18A:71B-37. New Jersey Better Educational Savings Trust Created. There is created within the Higher Education Student Assistance Authority the New Jersey Better Educational Savings Trust (NJBEST). The trust shall provide a mechanism through which the authority, as trustee, holds accounts established and maintained pursuant to the provisions of this article to finance the cost of qualified higher education expenses.
