18A:71B-34. Assessment of Effectiveness of Program. The commission and the State Treasurer shall assess the effectiveness of the program and recommend any necessary changes to the issuing officials regarding future bond sales after the initial sale of Garden State Savings Bonds. L.1999,c.46,s.1.
