18A:71B-31. Dollar Amount Not to be Considered in Determining Eligibility for Monetary Assistance. Annually, the authority shall determine a dollar amount of Garden State Savings Bonds or accumulated bonds, interest or supplemental payment, which shall not be less than $25,000, unless a greater amount is approved by the authority, which shall not be considered in evaluating the financial needs of a student enrolled at an institution of higher education located in the State of New Jersey, or be deemed a financial resource of or a form of financial aid or assistance to each student, for purposes of determining the eligibility of a student for any scholarship, grant, or monetary assistance awarded by the State; nor shall the amount of any such bonds, interest or supplemental payment as determ
