18A:71B-15. Renewal of Scholarships. Each Garden State Scholarship awarded shall be renewable annually for up to four years except that, in the case of a scholarship holder who is enrolled in a course of study required by the institution to cover five years, the period of the scholarship shall be the length of time regularly required for the completion of the course of study, but each scholarship shall remain in effect only during such period as the undergraduate holder thereof achieves satisfactory academic progress as defined by the institution, continues to meet the eligibility criteria and guidelines established pursuant to N.J.S.18A:71B-12, and is regularly enrolled as a full-time student in an eligible institution.
