18A:71B-14. Award of Scholarships. As determined by the authority and subject to the amount of appropriations available therefor, a Garden State Scholarship shall be awarded annually to each eligible New Jersey resident enrolled as a full-time undergraduate in a curriculum leading to a degree or certificate in an eligible institution.
