§ 18A:71-40.7. Rules, regulations
New Jersey·Title 18A EDUCATION
The board of directors of the New Jersey Educational Opportunity Fund shall adopt rules and regulations pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.) necessary to effectuate the purposes of this act. L.1989, c.259, s.7.
